Castleridge Properties was established in 1986 as a specialist letting and property management company and is based on Lower Crescent in the university area South Belfast. Unlike many of other agents, Castleridge Properties does not sell properties but have chosen to focus solely on the property rental market.
This focus, coupled with the experience of our team, allows us to deliver a professional and comprehensive service to our all landlords and tenants alike. Naturally, given our location, a significant proportion of our rental portfolio is targeted towards the local student population and, as such, we have considerable expertise in dealing with the complex Houses of Multiple Occupation regulations (HMO's).
This isn't however our only market and we do rent and manage all types of property, from apartments to exclusive detached villas throughout the Greater Belfast area and beyond.

Arrange the erection of a "To Let" sign outside your property and advertise the property via our own website, as well as www.propertynews.com and www.propertypal.co.uk websites.

Once accepted a holding deposit of one months rent is required to secure the property, payable within 3 days of the property being offered.
This deposit is transferred as your security deposit at the commencement of your Tenancy/Lease.
We will provide you with an inventory and condition report, which is to be signed and returned to our office within 7 days of commencing your tenancy.
We will arrange a mutually convenient time during normal business hours for you to sign the tenancy agreement.
Your guarantor form is to be returned duly signed together with a photocopy of their identification, I.e.
This deposit is transferred as your security deposit at the commencement of your Tenancy/Lease.
