Services
Provision of a 24 hour emergency call out with daily availability 9:30am -6pm for day to day enquiries for any problems which may arise during your tenants stay.
Notifying the owner of any damage or missing items and (if required by the owner) replacing same at owners expense with articles of a similar nature and value entirely at South Cornwall Caretakers Ltd discretion.
To deal with any minor repairs and incidents that in South Cornwall Caretakers Ltd sole discretion requires action as considered necessary by us & within a reasonable period notify the owners by telephone or email as appropriate.
Notifying the owner of any damage or missing items and (if required by the owner) replacing same at owners expense with articles of a similar nature and value entirely at South Cornwall Caretakers Ltd discretion.

They have not only provided an excellent cleaning & handover service but also sourced a number of excellent subcontractors who have provided rapid & cost effective repairs or additional services such as gardening and window cleaning.
