A security deposit of a minimum of one and a half month's rental will be required.
This deposit will be treated in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Protection regulations, and you will be informed of the registration details upon acceptance.
We belong to The Dispute Service (TDS) which allows us to hold the deposit in client bank accounts, this also allows us to return deposits quickly once any disputes have been dealt with.
