Our office is based on Dickenson Road in Rusholme, please do not hesitate to call in and arrange a viewing if this is convenient.
Please be aware, we must provide our current tenants with a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to scheduling a viewing.
A minimum of half of the group must attend the viewing where possible e.g. if you are viewing a six bedroom property, three tenants must be present.
This is to ensure as many tenants have the opportunity to view the property and this causes less disruption to the current tenants.

Please report any issues that you are unable to resolve yourself using the Repair Request below.
If there is more than one repair required in the property, make sure that you list these using one Repair Request, not multiple.
Try and give as much detail as possible, so we can arrange for the most suitable contractor to attend and investigate.
For example, don't report "light bulb needs to be replaced", please specify which bulb that you are referring to and where it is located.
This means that we are able to action this quickly and efficiently, without any confusion.

On booking viewings and visiting the properties with our prospective tenants the first question they ask is 'How Much Will The Bills Be?' Our reply as always is 'It would all depend on your Usage & Time of Year' You are in a shared house with may I say, people you don't really know completely.
Think what would it be like to be responsible for other tenants share of the bills as believe me when one tenant fails to pay their share of the bill the rest of the house ends up having to pay it as the tenant who didn't pay wasn't bothered as his/her name wasn't on the bill!
