Burns was established in 1971 as a family run business, focused on the sale of hotels and holiday apartments in the Bournemouth conurbation.
In 1982 the business acquired a residential block management portfolio and diversified into the field of property management.
Our residential block management department is now one of the largest on the south coast, providing both residential and commercial management services to our clients.
In 1990 our lettings department was formed to provide a symbiotic arm to service the let units within our managed portfolio, to ensure the quality of tenants and the proper management of the units in these buildings.
