Hastings & St Leonards have a real sense of community which is boosted by the many local events which take place throughout the year. The historic Old Town is bursting with life and is home to many excellent restaurants, bars and pubs. Hastings Town Centre is improving year on year, with well-known High Street stores and local shopping facilities alongside major renovation to the top end of Havelock Road with Sussex Coast College, Station Plaza and the many office and retail unit developments surrounding this area.

Just looking for a new property can feel like a full time job, and once you have managed to find somewhere you've got the dreaded referencing process, packing, cleaning, closing down/setting up utility accounts, redirecting post, physically hauling all of your worldly possessions into the new place etc. etc.

Whilst we can't fully eradicate the stress from moving home, we do do everything we can to keep things as simple and hassle-free as possible.
We carry out "In House" Referencing meaning you deal with us, not a large nationwide referencing agency.
Dedicated Letting Agents are actually quite hard to come by in our area.
The majority of our competitors offer both Sales and Lettings with the Sales side of the business usually being the main focus.
Lettings IS our business.

If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible.
We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below (if you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter).
We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of you complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
We will then investigate your complaint.
