In 1992 Jenny and Adrian Dunderdale decided to launch our estate agents, in those days we were known as Jenny Dunderdale & Company Estate Agents.
Jenny had worked for many years as an estate agent in Lytham and felt that the time was right to launch her own family estate agency business.
Our first office was situated in Clifton Walk Shopping Arcade off Clifton Street, we expanded a few years later into an adjoining unit.
