At this point, you will be requested to provide a HOLDING DEPOSIT which holds the property for you also we will stop advertising the property once a holding deposit has been paid.

This includes the situation where you find a replacement tenant who then signs a new agreement with landlord.
If you break a term in your contract, for example by causing damage, we will claim the costs back through the courts.
