Started in Estate Agency in 1987 - after graduating from Queens University - with Daniel Henry & Son in their Coleraine Office.
In 1994 Mark left to join Gerard McAfee as a partner in the newly formed Company of McAfee Properties and Mortgages based in Coleraine.
The Company grew steadily over the years opening Residential Sales Offices in Ballymoney, Ballycastle, Ballymena, Portstewart, Portrush and Antrim as well as Commercial Offices in Coleraine and Ballymena.
In addition to running the Coleraine Office, Mark was also responsible for Personnel and Compliance issues within the Group, Point of Contact with The Office of Fair Trading and Property Ombudsman as well as Internal Auditor for the Survey Departments ISO 2000 compliance.
