Although we have completed a large number of certifications with restricted access for both tenants and contractors due to isolation and infection it is now an impossible task for us to guarantee completion of all properties by the deadline required using our contractor resources alone.
Therefore I must now ask Landlords to source a qualified electrical contractor and have the necessary works completed as soon as possible.
In England, Under the Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020, landlords are required to have the electrical installations in their properties inspected and tested, at least every five years, by a person who is qualified and competent.
Therefore I must now ask Landlords to source a qualified electrical contractor and have the necessary works completed as soon as possible.

The rent due date is 01st monthly and proportionate rents may be calculated when a tenancy commences mid month.
The deposit will be equivalent to five weeks rent which will be required in advance to be held against damage or dilapidations or non payment of rent etc, and is returnable, less any deductions, after vacation at the end of the tenancy.
