After creating a property advert some checks are made to make sure it's as good as it can be.
Then we'll ensure it's displayed on all the main UK lettings websites such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location and others.
Advert responses come into your Upad dashboard.
Where you'll have everything you need to liaise directly with the prospective tenants, organise a viewing and show them around the property.
Once you've selected your tenants, we'll handle referencing them.
We'll check their credit history, ensure they can afford the rent and seek references from others (if required).
Then we'll ensure it's displayed on all the main UK lettings websites such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location and others.
