Full referencing service on all new tenants with the option of legal expenses/rent guarantee insurance.
Prepare an inventory for each property and make arrangements for transfer of services to new tenants.
Collect rent each calendar month (housing benefit will be collected 4 weekly) and credit directly to your bank account, providing a monthly statement.
Arrange for any non-emergency repairs required to a maximum of 150.
Obtain estimates and submit for your approval where works are likely to cost more than 150.
