Prospective tenants taking on a property to let will go through a process of referencing which usually takes around 5 to 7 working days, where full personal details will be provided to SJB Properties.
A holding fee of equivalent to one week's rental will be required on referencing which will then be refunded on entering the tenancy agreement via the deposit.
Should any referencing fail, due to the applicant's own making or inaccurate statements (to include the right to rent check), should the applicant withdraw from the proposed agreement, we reserve the right to retain the holding fee.
