I'm Ben Hooper and I took over Clifford Sales & Lettings in 2014.
With 14 years already under my belt as an estate agent working for established high street names, I decided the time was right to go it alone.
Clifford Sales and Lettings has been trading in Brighton and Hove since 1997.
With a eye catching illuminated corner office on Portland Road in Hove we initially focused on the lettings market, developing an unrivalled knowledge of the local buy to let market place and becoming the estate agent of choice for many local landlords.

It is really important for all the properties we manage to be kept to a high standard.
By getting problems rectified quickly, damage to your property and inconvenience to your tenant is kept to a minimum.
As soon as a tenant reports an issue, we visit the property, assess the situation and decide on the appropriate course of action.
Whilst you may choose to undertake general maintenance and repairs yourself, we work with a team of professional, experienced and fully insured local tradesmen and contractors who we call on for support with all aspects of property maintenance.
