Cambray Property Management was formed in 1993 to provide local, specialist property management. We are proud of our local roots and connections and wherever possible instruct local contractors, surveyors and specialists to maintain the properties that we manage. We are justifiably proud of our excellent reputation, and our services are wherever possible tailored to individual clients needs.

The range of properties that we manage includes Grade 2* and Grade 2 listed buildings, new builds and conversions and we will have the experience that you need to maintain your home. We deliberately mainly manage properties in the Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cirencester, Tewkesbury and the South Gloucestershire area - that way should the need arise we can be quickly on site to manage and arrange any necessary repairs.

If appointed as Company Secretary, at no additional fee we will arrange, host, attend and prepare the Minutes of any Annual General Meetings or Extraordinary General Meetings. We will advise on all issues regarding the Management Company itself as well as Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs.

Cambray Property Management will be responsible for arranging all communal maintenance and daily upkeep of your property including, where required, cleaning, gardening, lift & automatic gate maintenance, repairs, drain clearing, decoration of communal areas and much more.
Should you experience any issue related to the communal areas of the property, even if you are unsure as to whether it's the responsibility of the individual owner or the management company to address, always call or email us to report it and our friendly team will be more than happy to assist.
Following the residents dissatisfaction with the previous managing agents Cambray Property Management advised on the set up of the Right to Manage Company, and the subsequent hand over of the day to day responsibilities for the management of the property on all issues except the continued collection of Ground Rent.
Acting on behalf of the individual flat owners, we provided advice on the RTM process as well as liaising with the solicitor employed to ensure a smooth hand over of responsibilities.
We have a dedicated accounts department who will cover all your accounting needs.
We will, if required, prepare a budget of estimated expenditure on an annual basis and discuss and advise on the resultant level of service charge.
We collect all service charge monies on a monthly, quarterly or half yearly basis into our Client account by either bankers standing order or invoice at no additional charge.
Our systems guarantee total protection of your funds and we also have comprehensive professional indemnity insurance cover.

Our response times may be slightly longer than you are used to, and slower than we would like.
Please be aware that more people are likely to be at home than would be the norm, so please consider how much noise travels and disturbs others, and be respectful of your neighbours (some of whom may be unwell).
