To take advantage of our fully managed service our initial invoice to rent your property would be in the sum of 234.00 (inclusive of VAT).
However, we are able to adapt our services to meet our client's individual needs.

Registration of your deposit under Government legislation (A deposit is required, which is equivalent to 5 weeks rent).
Day to day point of contact to offer advice, arrange repairs and deal with any queries, questions or problems that may arise [This is subject to the service your Landlord has chosen].
