With 15 years' experience in the City property market Rob has accumulated invaluable knowledge, to the benefit of our clients.
He founded Thames Lettings after having run the City branch of a large, London-wide agency but becoming disillusioned with the inflexible and impersonal service typical of a large group.
His main aim is to provide clients with personal and informed advice and to help all parties achieve their aims in property.
Rob is ARLA qualified, has a degree in French and Management from Reading University and continues to be passionate about the ever-changing area he works in.

Deposit: 5 weeks' rent per tenancy where annual rent less than 50,000, 6 weeks' rent per tenancy where annual rent 50,000 or over.
Payment of up to 50.00 to change the tenancy agreement, or for reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices.
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above base rate.
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your request for early termination of the tenancy.
Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
