You agree the services of ONE agent to sell your property in an agreed period of time usually a minimum of eight weeks.
However if you do sell your property via another agent in the stated period you will be obliged to pay IC Property a standard agency fee.
Likewise the agent must respect the terms and ensure that the service promised is delivered to a high standard.
Watch out.
Some estate agents offer a 'joint sole agency' contract where two estate agents agree to share one commission, although the total fee may be higher than the Sole Agencies agreements.
However if you do sell your property via another agent in the stated period you will be obliged to pay IC Property a standard agency fee.
