Based in Loughborough, the heart of the midlands area, Hamlets Property Letting was established in 1991and have been Property Letting in and around since then. When a landlord entrusts his property to a letting agent it is essential that he has confidence that the property will be managed as efficiently as possible, achieving the optimum rental in the optimum time.
Hamlets hands-on Directors feel that their experience as possibly the longest running independant letting agent in the area is what can give landlords full confidence. They have been able to pass on the benefit of their experiences and expertise to landlords, many of who have been with them since inception. Both directors of Hamlets regularly attend courses and professional seminars to keep up to date with changes to legislation and new developments in the letting world.
Their aim has always been to provide the highest standard of service possible and continue providing the personal service which our clients, both landlords and tenants, have come to expect.

Services

Some say -"We have a reputation for being "particular" - some have called it "fussy", and in all honesty we have to agree.
We know personally, and after 25+ years in business what is expected of a landlord in order to keep tenants and a property which will let well and have fewer void periods.
To all of this we add our own personal insight - which is why we feel that clients stay with us - some for 20+ years.
