There is no minimum or maximum period - NO UP-FRONT FEES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND NO SALE NO FEE.
ONLINE/HYBRID FEE - One Company for instance - an 849 fee (not commission remember) an extra fee of 300 plus VAT if you need accompanied viewings (a must on empty properties) and an administration charge of 300.00.
This sum has to be paid whether they are successful in selling your property or not!
