Mitchell & Partners do not charge any holding deposit to reserve a property.
To reserve a property simply complete the provided questionnaire and return to the office and your application will be submitted to the landlord.
Upon move in all dilapidations deposits are submitted to an accredited deposit account and held for the duration of the let.
