Me and my partner fell for this gorgeous flat, however our application got declined just because we never had a credit card, everything else was perfect, this was our first proper home.
Despite the fact it came back declined she pushed for us and we still got the flat!
If I had gone to any other estate agent and my application came back declined that would be the end of the process, but it wasn't with Hayley!
