If a block is well managed tensions that can exist between the parties disappear.
If the communal areas are well maintained; the gardens look fabulous; the lifts work; the gyms are clean and the equipment is serviced; there are no issues with the parking; the rubbish areas are well maintained and repairs are promptly carried out then life feels better.
