If you are interested in a property, you will be required to attend an interview where your details and the property details will be discussed at length.
Arrangements will be made for you to view the property and if you wish to proceed, references and a bond are required before commencement of the tenancy/lease.
Once a moving date has been set, the tenancy agreement/lease will be completed.
