On finding a tenant and completing a contract our fee will be 50% (plus VAT) of the first month's rent.
For example, if the rent is 500 our fee will be 300 (inc VAT).
For ongoing management, our fee will be 10% (plus VAT) of the monthly rent collected with a minimum 42 (inc VAT) per calendar month.
For example, if the rent is 500 our fee would be 60 (inc VAT).
On finding a tenant and completing a contract our fee will be 100% (plus VAT) of the first month's rent.
