We would like to introduce our 3 self-catered holiday lets in York.
We have renovated and furnished the properties aiming to create a relaxed and comfortable environment for you to enjoy, whether you are visiting York to see family, for leisure or for work.

Entering the property, to your right on the ground floor is a kitchen with all essentials including a Rangemaster oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster.
With a portfolio of quality residential properties in York city center, TPM York aims to offer an efficient and convenient service to all tenants from first contact to moving in and continue to enjoy the TPM York service during the tenancy through to the check out.
The first month's rental payment, deposit (the deposit is usually one month's rent, but this can vary) and the signing of the Tenancy Agreement are all required to suspend the marketing of the property and need to be completed before the commencement of the tenancy.
TPM York use references to check all applicants credit history and also a reference from a former landlord, current employer and previous employer.
These references are necessary for us to ensure that you have the means to pay the rent.
We check your credit history to check whether you have had any court orders or CCJs against you in the past.
The landlord reference is to help us ensure that you are a reliable tenant who pays on time and doesn' t damage the property.
Your employer reference is to ensure that you are in the employment stated on your application form.
