During this initial visit, matters will be discussed with the owner concerning any work that might be required to enhance the accommodation and possibly increase the monthly rental income, the current level of activity in the rental market, safety issues for rented accommodation and current legislation.
Andrew Walker Residential Letting is a Member Agent of The Dispute Service Ltd and the deposit may be held by the Member Agent under the terms of that scheme.
