However, when the whole thing looked like falling over (lawyer inertia), it was ElmsPrice that took my calls and emails, chased and cajoled the lawyers, other agents and clients, and helped get the transaction back on track.
What was needed was some information flow and transparency: this is exactly what John and Darryl helped bring.
