Once received by the agent this will reserve the property.
We will retain the money, if any relevant person, including your guarantor withdraws from the tenancy or fails a right to rent check, provides materially significant false or misleading information, or fails to sign their Tenancy Agreement within 15 calendar days, or the date agreed by both parties in writing.
This amount is later deducted from the five or six week deposit which is held for the duration for the tenancy by the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) - www.depositprotection.com.
