The pressure should always read 1.5bar on the gauge which is normally located on the front of the boiler.
Before reporting anything to us or attempting to top up the pressure, you should check your gas meter (if you have pre-payment) to ensure you have gas in the meter.
If you have no gas, you should top up the meter.
This could be a sign of low water pressure in the boiler.

If you are unsuccessful reaching any of the above management, you will find emergency telephone numbers for contractors we regularly use.
If for any reason our contractor attends your property and the problem is deemed not an emergency, you will be liable for the call out charge.
