Richard has 35 years' experience in both sales and lettings and Michael has been working in the industry for 5 years and is taking his ARLA exams and attending ARLA courses to keep up to speed with changes in legislation which is ever changing.

Trowbridges was born out of the idea of bringing the experience of Richard Trowbridge with his excellent reputation alongside his son, making the experience of buying/selling/letting/renting easier for the client.
Richard and Michael of Trowbridges offer a personal and professional service, with over 40 years' experience between the two teams, we can offer a service that takes the stress and strain out of the process of moving home, from the moment the customer walks through the door to completion.

In some cases we could require a guarantor who would need to sign a Guarantor form and be separately credit checked.
The length of the tenancy is in the first instance 6 months but in some cases 12 month fixed term contracts can be applied.
All tenancies would at the end of the fixed term operate as a periodic contract or you may agree with the agents landlord to renew your shorthold tenancy to a new fixed term.
We will require a maximum deposit of 5 weeks rent which will be protected under the My Deposits Scheme.
