We offer Full Property Management services for 10%, which we truly believe no other agent can offer these savings. We do not subcontract out any work, whether this be property inspections, checks ins or inventories, so we personally know all the properties we manage. This does not mean leaving a message, but access to real people to arrange viewings or discuss feedback.

We charge 10% for Full Property Management - which means absolutely everything.
All property checks, deposit handling, rent management, maintenance issues, ongoing regulatory obligations (legionella, carbon monoxide, gas and electricity checks etc).
We charge 500 to find a new tenant and we always carry out thorough referencing at our cost.
Our referencing is two staged and reliable, because we understand how important it is for a Landlord to have a trustworthy tenant.
We really do care, which is why we have 100% good/excellent feedback from many customers since we began over 8 years ago.
