Before long, the company became established as a leading provider of high quality rental accommodation in the Furness and South Lakes area.
Chris was a very popular schoolteacher, and had a wonderful way with people.
This, among other reasons, was why Keys Letting Centre increased in popularity over the next few years.
Mary's son, Dean Pearson, worked alongside Chris to develop the business and bring it into the 21st century by implementing a bespoke software solution which stayed in use for many years.
Before long, the company became established as a leading provider of high quality rental accommodation in the Furness and South Lakes area.

We are very selective with the HMO properties that we take on, so that we can be certain we can manage the building to our high standards.
Some properties are serviced including towels, bedding rotation and room cleaning, and others are cleaned throughout the communal areas only.
All properties here are advertised with bills included.
The minimum term for these rentals is typically 3 months.
We ask that Tenants pay a deposit equal to one month's rent, and we also ask the rent is paid monthly (not weekly).
