Over 40 years' combined property management experience has enabled us to build what we believe to be the best property management package in the UK.
Your dedicated Property Manager will visit no less than every 4 weeks (some of our competitors only visit every 3 - 6 months) and carry out a comprehensive health & safety inspection of the managed property.
They will be contactable by email or telephone between visits and always on hand to help.
You will be provided with a digital colour-coded inspection report after each visit, highlighting any areas of concern, and any maintenance issues will be swiftly rectified.
