Dynamic, friendly and professional, I would highly recommend 2let2U to anyone, from an amateur landlord to an experienced landlord with an extensive portfolio. I have a small portfolio of properties that previously other agents were unable to rent out consistently.
Since moving my properties to 2let2U this has changed! The properties are now continually rented, monthly statements are forwarded and rental income is paid promptly on a monthly basis. More than happy with the service provided. I was a new landlord and got caught out with the wrong tenants when I let out my house, but 2let2U successfully evicted the tenants and replaced them with a good working family.

We recognise that you are probably excited about your new home and want to move in quickly, however it is likely to be a minimum of 7 days before we can do this as we are obliged to carry out checks on your status.
Also we require the first payment for the rent and the security deposit in cash or bankers draft.
Some landlords may not wish to let to you if you rely on any benefits to pay the rent, i.e.
Housing Benefit or other allowances; also Pets or Smoking in the property may not be acceptable so please ask if you are not sure.
