Although Bella Properties is embracing this modern trend our customer service is based on the old fashioned values of providing the quality service & customer care we used to get. When you have found one of our homes you would like to rent, give us a call & we will arrange to show you around the property.
If it is suitable you will fill in our basic application form along with any other person over 18 who will be residing at the property & provide us with proof of identification & current address.
A holding deposit will be requested (see below), upon receipt of this, your application will be forwarded to our 3rd party referencing agency who will request all the required information/documents to complete your application, this includes your affordability, residency & right to rent checks etc.
If it is suitable you will fill in our basic application form along with any other person over 18 who will be residing at the property & provide us with proof of identification & current address.
