When completing the application form(s), we will require photograph identification (Passport or Driving Licence) and proof of address dated within the last 4 weeks (Utility Bill or bank statement).
Once the application forms have been completed you will be required pay the appropriate administration fee.
Once the administration fee has been paid we will then proceed with the referencing procedure, subject to the landlord's approval, which normally takes 48 to 72 hours.
Please note that the administration fee does not oblige our Landlord to let the property to you.

Ashford Lettings offer superior and comprehensive landlord services including a Tenant Find, Rent Collection and Fully Managed.
Produce details on your property including interior pictures and 360 degree virtual tours.
All of our viewings are fully accompanied to ensure we correctly match potential Tenants to your property.
When you have given your approval of the Tenant, we will then conduct full independent reference checks with FCC Paragon prior to offering the Tenants an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
