We understand there can be questions and that renting can be a daunting process, so we have brought together some guides to help you.
Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, we are no longer able to ask for tenant fees.
However, we will ask for a refundable 'holding deposit' equivalent to one week's rent to show commitment to rent the property whilst referencing checks take place.
