We have the benefit of managing some of the buildings in which the apartments are located and have had experience of managing larger residential blocks which give us a head start in providing a quality service.
Our main aim is to provide a stress free experience for both the tenant and the landlord and make it a smooth transition into your new home or finding your new tenant. We are members of the Property Redress Scheme and as such work within the strict legislation for property management.

We are a small yet active rentals team and have a hands on, efficient approach to ensure that all tenants and customers get the best service possible.
We have been letting properties for over 35 years across Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire including a range of different homes in idyllic locations.
We currently have properties in Lincoln, new build properties in Kirton in Lindsey including; town houses and also existing houses in the village centre.

Truelove Property & construction are a Lincoln based Construction Company, building predominately across north Lincolnshire.
In 1978 George Truelove managed to negotiate the purchase of a portion of the land released by the Lincoln City Council on the old airfield on Doddington Road, by which time Paul their eldest son was actively involved in the business.
From that date they acquired sufficient land to build approximately 500 homes on Doddington Park.
During this time they also undertook developments in Barrow Upon Humber, Broughton, Chapel St Leonards, Eagle, Hibaldstow, Kirton in Lindsey, Mumby, North Carlton, Saxilby, South Hykeham and Waddington to name but a few, building over a further 250 new homes in Lincolnshire.
