We list your property for typically 14-28 days and invite unconditional offers and the winning bid exchanges on the Property at the end of the Auction with a 10% deposit with completion 28 days later all done via our online Auction platform.
Unlike the traditional property auction, The Modern Method of Auction extends the auction market, traditionally reserved for experienced property investors or cash buyers, to all residential buyers.
