Since then we have gone from strength to strength, winning numerous awards including New Agency of the Year 2018 at the prestigious Negotiator Awards and were announced as being in the top 3% of all agents nationally for sales and customer service at the EA Masters 2019.

Ben lives in Arnside with his family and is the villages biggest advocate!
He founded the company back in 2017 with a view of doing things differently and he hasn't looked back since!
Born and raised in North Yorkshire, Sarah moved to Milnthorpe aged 9. Starting with the company 4 months after it was founded, she has seen the company go from strength to strength and in fact her house was one of the first that Ben sold!
Living locally she has a great knowledge of the area and enjoys meeting people and helping with their property search.
