The Welwyn Garden City office was established in 1990 by Andrew Carnegie who saw an opportunity for a specialist lettings agency in the town.
He worked tirelessly with his wife Cecilia to very quickly build up a portfolio of managed properties and finding tenants for owner managed properties.
In 2005 his son, Stuart Carnegie, joined and set up the sales side with experience from having previously worked as a manager in a leading South Kensington Estate Agency.
We continue to uphold the moral values held by the company and to offer a personal yet professional service to all our clients.
