Balmforths are pleased to refer customers who require financial advice to an Independent Financial Advisor, with whom we have had an association with for the past 28 years.
We charge no upfront fees so if we can't rent your property you don't have to pay.
Also we don't have tiers of service and charge a percentage of the rent for a full managed service - we provide this as standard within your commission.
We know you will be pleasantly surprised by our extremely competitive fees - we have no franchise to pay and no office rents etc, also, unlike many of our competitors, our lettings don't have to subsidise other loss-making areas of our business because we only deal with lettings - just the best service at the lowest price.

After interviewing potential tenants and assessing their suitability we will seek comprehensive and satisfactory references from a reputable credit referencing company, their employer(s) and from their last landlord, if applicable Subject to satisfactory replies to our enquiries, we will agree a tenancy.
When a tenant has taken possession we will demand rent and inspect the property periodically.
