Leonard was appointed Managing Director of RPI in 1994.
He joined the business to replace the outgoing incumbent surveyor, before shortly after taking over the overall management of the business.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, Leonard identifies and completes all investments and trading activities of the business.
He has over 30 years' experience in the industry having joined a leading London firm as a Chartered Surveyor in 1988.
Moving to Manchester a number of years later, Leonard was tasked with the opening of its new Manchester office, before making the move to the family business, RPI.
