Once your files are completed and you are accepted you will be requested to pay a deposit which is normally equal to one month's rent but may be maximum of 6 weeks and this will be registered and held in the DPS (The Deposit Protection Scheme).

Other than these two points we do everything else you would expect from a more traditional agent.
This depends on which option you choose, Option 1 is 299+ VAT, Option 2 is 499 + VAT, or Option 3 is 0.75% + vat when you sell the property.
Unlike many of the high street agents, we don't have an office in every town as 98% of buyers now buy through the internet and don't go into there local office therefore we can cover a wider area with one office which means overheads are lower and we pass saving onto our valued customers.
