Sanctuary Lettings and Management are an independent property management service with over 20 years lettings experience in the local market.
We offer a fresh approach which sets us apart from other agents and truly believe that finding the right tenant for your property is the way forward.
We offer an honest and realistic approach to marketing your property, it is vital that your property is advertised in the correct way at the correct price from the outset - the first week of marketing is key.
We offer a fresh approach which sets us apart from other agents and truly believe that finding the right tenant for your property is the way forward.
We offer an honest and realistic approach to marketing your property, it is vital that your property is advertised in the correct way at the correct price from the outset - the first week of marketing is key.
If you find a property you like, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 200 to hold the property and withdraw it from the market pending satisfactory referencing.
Your holding deposit will then be transferred as a part payment towards your rent.
Once received, a mutually convenient date will be arranged for you to sign contracts, pay your first months' rent in advance and deposit.
You will then be given the keys to your new property.
Please note: the holding fee will be withheld if any relevant person including any guarantor(s) provide materially significant false or misleading information as part of the referencing process or fail a Right-to-Rent check.
