Alexander's Estate Agents has some of the most patient and positive people I've had the privilege of meeting.
The sale of my property has been a tricky one to say the least, they have done an amazing job of working with me and all those involved over the last few months and I couldn't be more grateful for all they've done. I absolutely recommend them for their excellent professional service, their kindness & patience and not to mention the photographs they take of properties truly make them look like warm & welcoming homes.
Alexander's have been the single consistent body in my own sale that has kept me calm and positive about the whole process. Everyone of the staff deserve a holiday, but I would like to especially thank Rachel & Eleanor for their help as they were the driving forces behind it all.

I just want to say a massive thank you to all of the staff at Alexanders Aberystwyth (especially Rachel and Eleanor) for all of the help, support and patience they have shown during a very difficult sale of my daughter's flat were multiple confirmed offers where withdrawn for no reason and even when the final offer was accepted it took nearly 6 months to complete, they supported and helped my daughter all the way through the process especially when my daughter's relationship with her solicitor broke down as her solicitor kept losing documents and not informing her of requests from the buyers solicitors.
I really cannot put in words the application I have for what they did and my happiness when we finally completed on Friday.
I am do glad we choose Alexanders to manage the sale of her property and having been through this experience with my daughter would recommend them to anyone, they really care about doing the best for their customers and I never thought I would say that about an estate agent 😁🤣
