Following each inspection we will provide you with a detailed report and photographs of the property so you can inspect it from the comfort of your armchair (or deckchair!).
We will provide your tenant with emergency contact details in case of any problems at the property, so there is no danger of you being disturbed on a Saturday evening!

We couldn’t recommend the team at Andrews and Gregg enough after they looked after the sale of our first home that had been a rental property. From the first engagement with A&G we were very impressed with their professionalism. They really get the ball rolling and continuously provide updates without the need to chase. The brochure designs and photography are up to a high standard. With regards to managing the property and providing contractual agreements and overall advice as landlords we can’t fault them. Highly recommend.
