You will be required to pay a Holding fee equivalent to One weeks rent of your required property.
Holding Fee to be paid by Bank Transfer Only.
Once received property is then reserved.
Bank Details available on Request.
Fees are non refundable should your application fail or you withdraw from the property prior to move in.
You may only move into a property once we have received the first month's rent and a deposit (the deposit will be equivalent to 5 weeks rent) in cleared funds.
