Cooke Curtis & Co was established by Sam Cooke and Jamie Curtis in 2015.
Having worked as estate agents locally for a very long time and for some of the best-known and most successful Cambridge firms Sam and Jamie were full of experience and knowledge of the Cambridge market, but were becoming increasingly frustrated by the staid, complacent and unimaginative way that estate agency business operated locally.
Online only estate agents had tried to reinvent things completely, but their lack of resources, experience and knowledge meant that was never going to work, Sam and Jamie were sure you need an office of staff who can accompany viewings, you need experienced people who know the market and the area inside out and you need someone with a long-term interest in doing the job as well as possible.
